SANDERS, J.

State v. Lopez, 107 Wn.App. 270, 27 P.3d 237 (2001) vacated Respondent Lopez's lifelong persistent offender sentence because the state failed to establish the necessary predicate convictions with satisfactory evidence. The Court of Appeals remanded for sentencing on the existing record. We affirm.
