Defendant-Appellant Thomas C. Sandlin ("Sandlin") was charged in a four-count indictment in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee with various drug-related counts. Sandlin pleaded guilty to the first count of the indictment, manufacturing and attempting to manufacture in excess of fifty grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and the remaining counts were dismissed...
