THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. DANA LITTLES, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Decided June 3, 2002.

Ordered that the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to hear and report on the terms of the cooperation agreement between the People and Gykee Milliner, and what promises, if any, were made to him, and the appeal is held in abeyance in the interim. The Supreme Court shall issue its report with all deliberate speed.
