OPINION

COATS, Chief Judge.

A jury convicted Clynton D. Butts of robbery in the second degree1 for forcibly taking a woman's purse from her. He appeals his conviction, arguing that the trial court erred in refusing to dismiss the indictment against him and that his sentence is excessive. We affirm.
