SCHULTHEIS, J.

Cameron Allstot, a police officer for the Town of Coulee Dam, was fired for cause, appealed that termination, and was reinstated almost three years later. Subsequently, he demanded payment of back wages and sued the Town for civil rights violations and wrongful termination. After dismissal of the civil rights claims, the parties agreed that the Town was liable for Mr. Allstot's back wages, but disagreed on the amount of offsets that could be deducted...
