Plaintiffs in this action seek a declaration regarding their obligations and the obligations of various insurers to indemnify defendant Foster Wheeler Corporation for asbestos-related bodily injury losses. Each of the defendant insurance companies allegedly issued one or more liability insurance policies to Foster Wheeler between 1951 and 1981.
