Crystal Longstreet, a correctional officer at the Joliet1 Correctional Center, sued her employer, the Illinois Department of Corrections, and Warden Lamark Carter, alleging that she was sexually harassed and retaliated against after complaining about it. Longstreet's complaint centered on two distasteful workplace incidents she encountered during a 30-day period in 1998....
