Employer seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board (board) order awarding compensation to claimant for an injury he suffered while on stand-by duty as a volunteer firefighter. The sole issue presented is whether the board correctly determined that claimant's injury, which he sustained when he fell in his driveway while walking toward an employer-provided vehicle, arose out of and in the course of employment.
