James Ward (Movant) appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.

We affirmed Movant's conviction for first degree murder, Section 565.020 RSMo 1994,1 first degree assault, Section 565.050, and two counts of armed criminal action, Section 571.015.
