JOHNSTONE, Justice.

Appellant, Clifton Edward Riley, Jr., was convicted by a McCracken County jury of three counts of first-degree burglary, one count of second-degree burglary, and second-degree persistent felony offender. He received a sentence of twenty years' imprisonment and he appeals to this Court as a matter of right. We affirm.
