Ambrogio, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in his favor but awarding him no damages after the court granted the motion in limine filed by the defendant Paul DiMascio Construction Company, Inc.,1 which precluded the plaintiff from arguing for lost profits and thereby effectively negated his proof of damages in this breach of contract action.
