They and codefendant Calvin Rivers were indicted for robbery in the first degree, two counts of robbery in the second degree and related crimes predicated on the three of them, acting in concert, having robbed Ravon Pierce at knife point on January 7, 2001 in the vicinity of 542 Morris Avenue in the Bronx.
