MIHALAKOS, J.

The defendant, Charlie Senquiz, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of sexual assault in the first degree and two counts of risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-70 (a) (2)1 and 5321 (1) and (2),2 respectively.3
