This matter comes before the Court on the complaint filed by George and Gabrielle Stathopoulos (the "Creditors") objecting to the discharge of Garth and Becky Bostrom (collectively the "Debtors" and individually "Garth" and "Becky") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A) and § 727(a)(5).
