PER CURIAM.

The pro se plaintiff, Henry B. Kudlacz, appeals from the decision of the workers' compensation review board (board) affirming the finding and dismissal of the plaintiff's claim by the workers' compensation commissioner (commissioner). The plaintiff claims that there was no substantial reason to dismiss his claim. We affirm the decision of the board.
