Afterward, it discovered that Mr. Caballero had resigned from Mabton School District in exchange for Yakima County's dismissal of three counts of child molestation. Three Mabton officials had written letters of recommendation for Mr. Caballero without mentioning the charges of child molestation or various reprimands he had received...
