ELLIOTT, J.:

William Taylor appeals the trial court's summary judgment favoring Allstate Indemnity Company (Allstate), ruling Taylor was not entitled to underinsured motorist benefits under Allstate policies issued to William Ziegler or Kristina McKenney.

We affirm.
