Peter Garrett Gunsmith, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court in favor of the City of Dayton, Kentucky, and the City of Bellevue, Kentucky. The circuit court found that KRS1 65.870 did not prohibit zoning ordinances in each city from restricting the locations in which a gun shop could operate.
