This appeal arose from the trial court's award of non-economic damages that applied the statutory cap individually to the survivors of the decedent, Carol Sampson.1 Following the award of damages by the Territorial Court in favor of the Plaintiff, Rosalind Tobal, the Defendant Alejandro C.
