The defendant, Eric Jeleniewski, appeals his first degree murder conviction. RSA 630:1-a, I (a) (1996). He argues that the Superior Court (Gray, J.) erred by: (1) denying his motion to suppress statements he made to the police; and (2) denying his motion for recusal. We affirm.
