This petition for writ of habeas corpus arises out of a contempt order for failure to pay child support. The trial court found relator Jesse Brian Nesevitch in criminal and civil contempt for failure to pay child support. Relator complains, among other things, that the contempt order is void because it does not specifically state how relator violated the provisions of the divorce decree.1 We agree and...
