Willie L. Stinson was convicted by a jury for trafficking in cocaine. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, he appeals his conviction, arguing that the trial court erred in: (1) not suppressing evidence of an illegal search and seizure; (2) not declaring a mistrial when impermissible character evidence was introduced into testimony; and (3) admitting a prior conviction into evidence.
