The Supreme Court of the United States, by order in Snow v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 122 S.Ct. 1603, 152 L.Ed.2d 618, granted appellant's petition for a writ of certiorari, vacated the judgment in the case, and remanded it to us for further consideration in light of Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition, 535 U.S. 234, 122 S.Ct. 1389, 152 L.Ed.2d 403 (2002).
