On June 27, 2000, this Court affirmed the conviction and sentence of appellant Rafael Collazo-Aponte ("Collazo-Aponte") for a drug-related gun offense and for his participation in a drug conspiracy. Collazo-Aponte appealed our decision to the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court granted appellant's petition for a writ of certiorari, vacated this Court's judgment, and remanded the case to this Court for further consideration...
