In this Application, Plaintiff, Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), seeks attorneys' fees in the amount of $ 252,476.25 and $ 63,064.34 in costs, for prevailing in a contempt action which resulted in an Order directing Defendants to pay $ 158,750.00 in sanctions to Microsoft for their contumacious conduct.
