Appellant, Shawn O'Brien Hall, appealed his conviction for driving while intoxicated. The three points of error he asserted concern the trial court's refusal to 1) submit a jury instruction addressing the validity of the initial stop conducted by the police officers, 2) suppress evidence obtained via an allegedly illegal stop, and 3) grant a directed verdict once the supposedly inadmissible evidence is suppressed.
