A jury found appellant, Lufus Foster, guilty of possession with intent to deliver cocaine weighing between 4 and 200 grams and assessed punishment at five years' confinement. In six points of error appellant contends the trial court erred by: (1) denying his motion to suppress evidence; (2) denying his motion to suppress appellant's statement; (3) admitting evidence for which the State had failed to establish a proper chain...
