This opinion discusses the sole remaining claim in Paul J. Mangiardi's motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence. The only issue before the court is whether Mangiardi's trial counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel by refusing to allow Mangiardi to testify at trial.
