This is an appeal of two summary judgments ordering that appellants, Daniel Trail and Tracy Trail, take nothing from defendants Ewald Friedrich and the City of Weimar. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Daniel Trail, a resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was an independent painting contractor who performed most of his work in central and south Texas. Approximately 75% of his work involved painting metal buildings...
