I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant F.M. appeals the trial court's judgment terminating her parental rights to her child G.C. Appellant raises four issues on appeal challenging the trial court's denial of her motion for a twelve-person jury, the constitutionality of section 25.0007 of the Texas Government Code, and the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the termination of her parental rights.
