Defendant appeals from her conviction for failure to appear on a citation for reckless driving. Former ORS 133.075 (1997), repealed by Or. Laws 1999, ch. 1051, § 63. Defendant assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion for judgment of acquittal on the ground that the state failed to prove that she acted knowingly, a required element of the offense. She also assigns error to the trial court's failure to acquit her sua sponte...
