Plaintiffs in this action allege negligence and conversion arising out of defendant's handling of a shipment of automobile parts. Currently before the Court is defendant Union Pacific Railroad Company's ("UP's") motion, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, for partial summary judgment. Specifically, defendant UP seeks an order limiting plaintiffs' recovery in this action to $10,500. For the reasons set forth below...
