Debtors Jim Wiersma and Patty Wiersma (hereinafter "Debtors") filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 1, 2001. A significant factor leading to Debtors' financial problems stems from the electrical work performed by Gietzen Electric, Inc. (hereinafter "Gietzen") at the Debtors' dairy.
