Plaintiff Todd Zambetti appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for Defendants Cuyahoga Community College ("CCC") and Clayton Harris. Plaintiff, who is Caucasian, alleges he was the victim of reverse discrimination because the defendants, on three separate occasions, promoted substantially less qualified African-American candidates to positions plaintiff was seeking, violating Title VII and Ohio Revised Code...
