This case is before us on a writ of error brought by the plaintiff in error, Carole W. Briggs (plaintiff), an attorney. The plaintiff claims that the defendant in error, Honorable Robert F. McWeeny,1 improperly found, in the absence of clear and convincing evidence, that the plaintiff had violated subdivisions (1) and (6) of rule 3.42 of the Rules
