GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Silvia Nuñez brought a medical malpractice action as a result of treatment she received for telangiectasia (spider veins) by Dr. Dominic Albo. Dr. Albo moved for summary judgment based on his personal immunity under the Utah Governmental Immunity Act (the Immunity Act). Ms. Nuñez filed a motion to amend her complaint.
