Plaintiffs assert claims under the Warsaw Convention for injuries allegedly resulting from their experiences as passengers on CSA Czech Airlines ("CSA") Flight 52 on September 16, 1999. CSA moves for summary judgment as to all the claims asserted by 28 of the 29 Plaintiffs on the grounds that these Plaintiffs cannot show that they suffered bodily injury...
