Maria Renteria, individually and on behalf of Jesus Renteria, a minor child (the Renterias), appeal from the trial court's order granting a plea to the jurisdiction in favor of the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso, Texas, based upon governmental immunity from suit. At issue is whether the Texas Tort Claims Act waives immunity for the tragic sexual molestation of a child which occurred at a housing project...
