Stephen Tim Neal, Sr. and Laura Neal, as the surviving parents of Stephen Tim Neal, Jr., appeal the summary judgment granted in favor of Dow Agrosciences LLC f/k/a Dow Elanco, The Dow Chemical Company, and B & G Chemicals and Equipment Company (collectively, "Dow"). In one issue on appeal, the Neals contend the trial judge abused his discretion in granting Dow's motion to strike the Neals' medical causation expert...
