WEIS, Circuit Judge.

The defendant in this case was convicted of a drug conspiracy and use of a telephone in connection with the trafficking. We conclude that defendant's assertions of trial error lack merit and we will affirm the conviction. On the government's cross-appeal, we are persuaded that the District Court did not abuse its discretion in imposing concurrent rather than the consecutive sentences arguably provided in the Sentencing...
