¶ 1 Richard Andrew Frausto (Defendant) appeals from a conviction of Murder, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (Supp.1991). Defendant argues that the trial court committed plain error by failing to define terms in a jury instruction and failing to give the jury a supplemental instruction.
