Russell Dibble appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of aggravated battery, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 940.19(5)1, and an order denying postconviction relief. The State originally charged Dibble with two counts of aggravated battery and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 941.30(1).
