Debtors Thomas and Sharon Kibbee rented a house from Roger Lilledahl for several years. After Debtors moved from the house Lilledahl inspected the premises. Lilledahl found the property to be in disrepair. Lilledahl brought suit in state court against the Kibbees and received a default judgment in the amount of $10,000.00.
