MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which KELLER, P.J., PRICE, WOMACK, KEASLER, HERVEY, HOLCOMB, and COCHRAN, J.J. joined.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated kidnapping. Punishment was assessed at twenty-seven years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant argued on appeal that the evidence was legally insufficient to support the jury's verdict. The Court of Appeals reversed...
