TERRY McCALL, Justice.

The jury convicted appellant of two offenses of hindering a secured creditor under TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 32.33 (Vernon 1994). In each case, the jury assessed punishment for 10 years and recommended community supervision. The trial court accepted the jury's recommendation, suspended the imposition of the sentence, and placed appellant on community supervision for 10 years.
