This case is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court based upon the Bankruptcy Court's confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan. The Debtor's Chapter 13 plan that was confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court provided for a modification of the mortgage of Magnolia Mortgage Company, LLC ("Magnolia") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1322(c). Magnolia's mortgage is a second mortgage on Debtor's homeplace. There is equity above the first mortgage...
