Intercargo Insurance Company (Intercargo) appeals the judgment of the McCracken Circuit Court dismissing its complaint with respect to all of the appellees for failure to state a claim. As to appellees B.W. Farrell, Inc., Patrick Hammet, and Shara Hammet, it dismissed for the additional reason of lack of personal jurisdiction.
