This appeal concerns the forfeiture of a 1995 Ford Searcher Jamboree owned by John Brooks, a resident of Pennsylvania. The vehicle was seized by the Conway Police Department in 1997 following the arrest of the vehicle's driver, Michael Christopher, who was allegedly using it to transport marijuana.
