PADDOCK, J.:

This appeal arises out of an unfortunate conflict between two brothers over the family farm. Robert S. Heller petitioned for a partition of the farm and rent from a lease. The trial court granted his petition. Robert's brother, John E. Heller, counterclaimed for an accounting of the profits from the farming operation. The trial court denied John's counterclaim. John appeals.
