TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant James R. Riggs, Jr., pursuant to a plea agreement, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base. The district court sentenced defendant to 235 months' imprisonment and five years' supervised release. The defendant hereby appeals his sentence. Because we find that the government breached the plea agreement, we reverse and remand the case to permit the defendant an opportunity to withdraw his guilty plea.
